Tangshan Tanglong Materials Company Limited, EnGro’s first JV in Hebei Province as well as in China, witnessed the successful commissioning of its second state-of-the-art UBE designed 0.6-million TPA GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast-furnace Slag) production line on July 8, 2008.
