SINGAPORE, 2 July 2015 –EnGro’s first F&B sector outlet located in Qingdao was officially opened on 27 June 2015. The official opening ceremony was by EnGro Chairman Mr Tan Cheng Gay and EnGro President of China Operations Mr Tan Yok Koon, joined by associates and business partners of EnGro from all over China.

In his opening speech, Mr Tan Cheng Gay mentioned that the variety of great German food choices, the modern lifestyle and culture are the attractions for the Brotzeit Qingdao outlet. After opening ceremony, guests were invited to savour the original German food along with German beers.

SINGAPORE, 10 Apr 2015 – China Concrete & Cement Products Association (CCPA) GGBS Chapter delegates visited EnGro Singapore headquarter. Specialty Cement division, Knowledge Management department and Laboratory participated in a knowledge exchange seminar at EnGro headquarter. Delegates also visited EnGro’s bulk terminal at Jurong Port, Singapore iconic GGBS project such as CleanTech Park, Marina Coastal Expressway, Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands. CCPA delegates also participated in ACI Singapore Chapter’s low carbon high performance concrete technology development conference on 9 Apr 15.

The Board of Directors of EnGro Corporation Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the People’s Republic of China detailed as below:- Company name : Shanghai EverGro Commercial Co, Ltd (“SECC”) Issued and Paid up Capital : RMB 32 million Principal Activity : Trading, wholesale and distribution of building materials Country of Incorporation : People’s Republic of China Mr Tan Yok Koon, a director of the Company has been appointed the legal representative of SECC as at the date of incorporation of SECC in accordance with Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The establishment of SECC is not expected to have any material effect on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014. None of the Directors and controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
